Montecito Louvered Pergola

The Montecito Louvered Pergola is designed to turn a patio into a more complete outdoor room, combining clean architectural lines with adjustable shelter, integrated lighting and a substantial metal frame.

Its 9.8 x 9.8 ft footprint creates a defined space for dining, lounging or entertaining, while the manually adjustable louvered roof lets you control the amount of sunlight entering the space throughout the day. When conditions change, the roof can also provide protection from rain and snow, giving the Montecito Louvered Pergola a more versatile role than a traditional open-frame pergola.

Built-in solar LED tube lighting adds another layer of usability after dark, softly illuminating the area without requiring permanent electrical wiring. An integrated drainage system helps move rainwater away more efficiently, while the powder-coated metal construction gives the structure a clean, modern presence suited to contemporary patios, landscaped gardens and poolside spaces.

With its combination of shade control, weather protection and evening lighting, the Montecito Louvered Pergola is designed for homeowners who want their outdoor space to feel considered from morning through night.

Why It Works

The adjustable louvered roof is the defining feature of the Montecito Louvered Pergola. Rather than committing to permanent shade or a completely open roof, the slats can be adjusted throughout the day to create a more comfortable balance between sunlight and shelter.

Its square footprint also makes it easy to build a complete outdoor setting beneath it. A dining table, conversation set or compact lounge arrangement can sit naturally within the 111-inch column spacing, helping the pergola function as an architectural frame rather than simply an overhead structure.

The powder-coated metal construction gives the design a sharper, more contemporary character than traditional timber pergolas, making it particularly effective alongside modern homes, stone patios, outdoor kitchens and structured landscaping.

Integrated solar lighting extends the atmosphere into the evening, while the drainage system and adjustable roof make the space more usable when conditions are less predictable.

The Montecito Louvered Pergola brings architecture, adjustable shelter and ambient lighting together in one refined outdoor structure — creating a patio that feels designed to be used from day into night.
