Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently offer shipping to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada. Availability may vary by product and destination.

Shipping charge
Standard Shipping is complimentary for eligible orders unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery
Products may ship directly from an approved supplier partner. We aim to submit confirmed orders for fulfillment within 2–5 business days. Transit time varies by destination and carrier; unless a product page provides a narrower verified estimate, please allow up to 30 calendar days after dispatch. If we cannot dispatch an order within 7 business days, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation for a full refund.

Tracking and split shipments
Tracking is emailed when provided by the carrier. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Address changes
Contact hello@cypressandember.com immediately if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after supplier dispatch.

International charges
For orders delivered outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees not collected at checkout.

Delivery problems
Report damaged, incorrect or missing items promptly. For visible shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.
