These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Cypress & Ember online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies.

Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, images and prices accurately. Supplier availability can change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, cancel an unavailable item or contact you for instructions. Lifestyle images may contain decorative items that are not included; the product page’s included-items section controls.

Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order for fraud prevention, availability, pricing errors, delivery restrictions or other legitimate operational reasons. If payment has been collected for a cancelled item, it will be refunded to the original payment method. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Shipping
Products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by approved supplier partners. Shipping destinations, processing, tracking, split shipments and delivery expectations are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Returns and refunds
Eligibility, return authorization, return shipping, damage reporting and refund timing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or security, submit fraudulent information, or use the site in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and may rely on payment processors, carriers and supplier-fulfillment services. Those providers may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cypress & Ember is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
