Calistoga Retractable Pergola

The Calistoga Retractable Pergola is designed for outdoor spaces that need flexibility. Its retractable canopy lets you move easily between open sunlight and softer shade, creating a more adaptable setting for dining, lounging and entertaining throughout the day.

A clean powder-coated metal frame gives the structure a modern architectural profile, while the sliding canopy introduces a lighter, more relaxed feel than a solid-roof pergola. The 180g polyester fabric is PA-coated, splash-proof and rated UPF30+, helping create a more comfortable shaded area when the sun is strongest.

Fixed hooks at the top help keep the canopy positioned securely, while included ground stakes and expansion screws provide mounting options for suitable surfaces. The Calistoga Retractable Pergola works especially well over larger dining arrangements, lounge furniture and entertaining areas where changing light conditions matter.

Its elongated proportions make it feel substantial without becoming visually heavy, giving patios, terraces and garden spaces a defined outdoor-room effect.

Why It Works

The retractable canopy is what gives the Calistoga Retractable Pergola its versatility. It can be opened when you want more sunlight or drawn across when shade becomes more important, allowing the same outdoor space to feel different throughout the day.

Its long rectangular footprint makes it particularly effective over outdoor dining tables, sectional seating or larger conversation areas. The structure creates a clear architectural boundary around the space while keeping the sides completely open.

The contrast between the dark metal framework and softer fabric canopy gives the pergola a more relaxed visual character than a fully rigid roof system, making it easy to pair with both contemporary and transitional outdoor furniture.

Because the canopy is fabric rather than a permanent hard roof, the Calistoga Retractable Pergola is best treated as a flexible shade structure rather than an all-weather shelter. In suitable conditions, that lighter construction gives it an inviting, effortless presence.

The Calistoga Retractable Pergola brings adjustable shade and architectural structure together in one refined outdoor feature — giving you greater control over how your patio feels throughout the day.
